Hey, Lady Lions! š¦
Letās dive into a juicy topic: getting to know you. Yep, the real youāthe one behind all the noise of daily life. Why? Because when you know yourself, creating a vision board that screams this is meĀ becomes a whole lot easier. And guess what? Iāve got a free downloadable version of these questions for you to print, scribble on, and keep forever. Letās roll!
My Story
If you havenāt already read my post on comparison (click here to catch up), itās the prequel to this blog. Quick recap: I was caught in a comparison trap with a YouTuber. (Relatable, right?) That moment of why donāt I have my life together like her?Ā turned into some deep self-reflection.
I asked myself some tough questions, journaled my heart out, and worked on loving who I am. Spoiler: it worked! I realized I needed to truly understand myself to become the woman Iām meant to be. Let me share how you can do the same.
1. Reflect on Your Values
Think of your values as your personal compass. They guide you when life gets chaotic. Knowing what matters most helps you set meaningful goals. Ask yourself:
What do I truly care about?
What do I stand for?
What makes me feel alive and content?
Write down your top five values and how they make you feel. Maybe itās creativity, kindness, or adventure. These values will shine on your vision board, reminding you of what really drives you.

2. Identify Your Passions and Interests
What makes you feel like a kid on Christmas morning? Your passions are the breadcrumbs leading to your authentic self. Ask:
What hobbies or topics get me hyped?
What could I do for hours without boredom?
What activities make me feel alive?
Whether itās painting, baking, or dreaming up new ideas, spotlight those passions on your boardāthey deserve the attention.
3. Reflect on Past Successes
Take a trip down memory lane and remind yourself just how amazing you are. Ask:
What am I most proud of?
What challenges have I crushed, and how?
What strengths got me through tough times?
Your past wins are proof that youāre capable of greatness. Use them to fuel the goals you want to crush next.

4. Dream Big, Baby!
Ready to unleash your wildest dreams? Forget the howĀ for nowājust dream. Ask yourself:
If fear, time, or money didnāt matter, what would I do?
What do I daydream about?
Where do I see myself in 1, 5, 10, or even 20 years?
This is where the magic happens. Let your imagination run free and turn those dreams into vision board gold.
5. Face Your Fears (Gently)
Hereās the tea: we all have fears. Theyāre part of the human experience. But naming them gives you power. Ask:
What fears or doubts hold me back?
What limiting beliefs whisper in my ear?
How can I flip the script and turn fear into fuel?
Add empowering affirmations to your vision board that remind you: Iāve got this.

6. Connect with Your Future Self
Close your eyes and meet Future You. Sheās thriving, confident, and living her best life. Ask:
What does Future Me look like?
How does she think, act, and feel?
What habits and routines does she swear by?
Your future self is your ultimate muse. Use her vibes to guide the images, quotes, and colors on your board.
Wrapping It Up
By getting to know yourself better, youāre not just creating a vision boardāyouāre creating a blueprintĀ for the life you want. These questions will help you figure out what truly matters, so you can align your goals with your authentic self.
So, grab the free printable (above) and a cup of tea (or coffeeāwe donāt judge). Letās start this journey of self-discovery and make that vision board sparkle with you!
