Replenish

Once space begins to open, something important happens.

Energy that was once tied up in old patterns becomes available again.

You may begin reconnecting with interests, ideas, or parts of yourself that had been pushed aside.

This stage allows your energy to return.

Renewal

With time, that renewed energy begins shaping something new.

Your perspective expands. Your choices begin reflecting your current values more clearly.

What once felt heavy may begin feeling lighter.

Renewal doesn’t erase the past — it builds from what you have learned.
